Nice work. Good job of keep consistant color throughout. Also like how the more vibrant color on the character in the foreground frames his face & upper torso, making him the focal point. Is this for something in particular? A gaming company or comic, etc...? Or is it just for pleasure?

Hmm. Good skillz, but the faces look too cute for the rest of the style and the stationary poses. I'd suggest going one way or the other - more serious or more cute.
