Very well, a long overdue critique!
The usage of lines in your work is excellent, you have a manner of conveying anatomy and joint angles that is only compounded by a simplistic outlining style to produce a mind-blowing layout of curves and flats. You possess ample ability with shading, and the highlights in the hair are subtle enough that it doesn't become jarring, but pronounced to the point that it blends in well with the tone of the picture.
Now the critique. Sorry, but if I don't do this, I'm just asskissing.
Hinata's head: From the angle her neck would have to be leaning, her face should be a little more tilted and her chin raised a little further. Just nitpicking, but it stood out a litle.
Sakura's cheeks: Look a little too big. People with high cheekbones and a fuller face tend not to have pointed chins, it kinda clashes.
That's about it... although there is one last thing.
