I am sorry if this doesn't work well, this base is not for ms paint but here you go a png file, if you know a better way to transfer a sai files to ms paint then please tell?

it did help me to make the base 100% paint friendly, by coloring the background, and make it a Monocrom bitmap file and then turn it back into a png file, and I had to draw some lines back and all, I'll use the base maybe in the next weekend, cause I only had yesterday to use the base, so may I post the ms paint friendly version, as long as I'm crediting you?
