Not bad. I feel like you're trying to duplicate a certain style with the lines and effects but you're not using very effective techniques. Try looking at some tutorials maybe.

the effects are a little less in detail but overall , nice idea

nice sense of motion, composition is great,altough your masking on the guy has a few flaws, when you think you are done with a piece,always rotate the canvas horizontaly so you can see it with fresh eyes again....
