Trolltype is a font. A font you can use on your very own computer. A TTF that you can download from trolltype.mspa.sudrien.net right now.
You can use it in your fanfic. You can use it in Pesterchum. You can use it in your art. You can use it as a webfont, with some CSS knowledge. (Please donβt redistribute, though)

The font itself is based of the Daedric Alphabet , which was rotated 180 degrees when used in the webcomic Homestuck . Due to this, it is difficult to actually use properly in all the contexts it could be used - though I have some notes on that . I'm looking to improve those notes, so any comments you have would be appreciated.

It says "based of the Daedric alphabet" when it's literally just flipping it upside down. That's not basing it off of the Daedric Alphabet, that's turning it upside down. It would be cooler if they made up their own alphabet for it.

Creating a entirely new script is a LOT of work, and I can completely appreciate Hussie opting to use a previously created work for what is essentially filler text.
...at over 400 characters I think this font is a little closer to your desire than you currently realize.
