Since people have been asking about how I do this, I decided to make a tutorial! I hope it helps :3 It's my first tutorial.If anyone has questions, don't be afraid to ask!

Oh gosh.. this tutorial looks damn great, but... ich a totally newbie with my photoshop and somehow i don't get anything^^
Actually i already fail at the second step.. my english isn't that good an my photoshop is in german. Well.. maybe i will get it if someone shows me screenshots xDD

My burn and dodge tools don't do what yours do and I can't get them to work.

One question though. How do you change the hardness of the brush in Photoshop 7? Or is that not possible?

I have this question, what if the eye is not green, blue, or any color, if the eye is almost black, would this work the same?

Do you use PS for this, what is the opacity on the new layer? When i tried this the eye got all colored so I could not see the eye through it, see?

ok.. on step two.. how do you make it so you can still see the eye itself? All i get is...blue color and you cant see the eye. all its doing it putting color on the eye
