Proud: Asger prefers to do the things himself and not relying on others' help. If he has been given a task, he wants to complete it alone, even if it seems to be too difficult. He's not good at asking for help, once he realize that he can't do it alone. However, once the job is done, he will be grateful to you, even though he doesn't like to say it.

Charming: Asger has a natural smirking smile along with a pair of smiling eyes - and he knows it. But despite sometimes using it to his advantage, it still seems genuine when he smiles and not like he's tries to achieve some kind of goal. He knows how to be polite and he normally doesn't talk shit about others without at least having a reason to.

Smart: Asger likes to use his head and not just jumping into something without at least checking it out beforehand. This is not to say that he's scared of the unknown, but he likes to know what he's getting himself into. When hunting he always tries to be at least 2 steps ahead of his prey, figure out what it's next move will be.

Respect is earned: Just because you are higher rank than him, doesn't necessarily mean that he will respect you. Sure, he'll probably do what's expected of him because of his own assignment, but not because you specifically told him to. In order to gain his respect, you have to earn it. He also don't mind stealing, if he has a reason to. Normally he would hunt his own prey, since it's a joy for him, but never say never. Especially if he doesn't like, know or respect you.

Follower: Asger is not meant to be a leader of any kind. He is much more content with following someone else and carry out their orders. He will however hesitate or try to change the leader’s mind, if the orders for some reason seem wrong to him. But if the leader insists, Asger probably gives in and do it anyway.

Disloyal: When that's said, he might not be as loyal as a leader could have hoped for. If he's presented with a better offer he might just take it. He tries not to make any promises he can't keep, but sometimes it can't be helped. It doesn't really matter if you're family or not.
