I had this really funny idea for Clement and Silvio and I wanted to showcase Silvio's personality a bit more and I think this was a good way to do it. I've said before that Silvio is a paranoid person and he loves his wife very deeply. These two traits can be a bad combo as shown here. Clement was just trying to be nice and compliment Silvio and Lillianna's relationship and Silvio thought Clement meant it as an insult which he didn't...Clement was just being a good friend.
And Clement wishes Silvio asked how he and Adelais were doing so he could see it's not an insult!
I dunno. I feel like we needed to see a bit more of these two and I wanted to show more of Silvio's personality. And Clement's expressions are so fun to do~ Even when he's being a smug ass. Can't bring myself to hate him.
Do you guys think Silvio overreacted?

the classic 4-koma and it's always so brightly coloured too, it goes nicely on the eyes not to mention they are really funny to read ^^

I do try to make them brighter cause they are light and funny and I want the colors to reflect that. I'm happy they do~
They are very good friends even though you might occasionally wonder how they even became friends given how different they are lol

Eh, you know Silvio...when somebody tells you that they are glad that things are great with you and your wife, that doesn't necessary mean they are talking about your relationship status. It can also mean 'I'm glad that you two are healthy and happy and don't have to face bad luck.'
But well. Silvio takes everything personal. XD

Exactly! But our dear Silvio always thinks the worst and doesn't always see the innocence of such statements unfortunately. But it does show how much he loves his wife. I guess. XD
And that's more along the lines of what Clement meant! He was happy their relationship was well and they were both happy and healthy.
He does...He is a bit paranoid. I did say another man can't even say hi to Lillianna without Silvio getting angry.
But man does he love her

No I totally get it! I'm not so much into romances which is why they aren't a main focal point of my stories but I sure do love them on the side.

O.o Didn't know you weren't that much into romances. I'm personally pretty split about that. I do think some couples deserve more than a romance that just happens on the side and isn't much more than a few scenes of them flirting and in the end they are together. On the other hand, I do think a story that is just a romance can be quite boring, so mixing it with mystery, fantasy or action is a better option in my opinion.
Well, I do hope then you still want to stick around for my prequels, 'cause a few of them may have some romance - and with some I mean a lot...probably. XD
