In the Omnivers style the details are simplified, emphasizing the nature of a particular the image or images.I tried do the same thing, and in some cases I have simplified and improved in my mind.
The mechanism which is mounted on the back of Rex I did not want to change, because it looks good and simplification only would ruin everything.
