Overall the first impression I get from this it, quite frankly, way too many vibrant colors. The pink almost hurts the eyes in this amount. I did see that it is a recurring theme with this character.
As far as the anatomy of the charakter goes, I find it wrong. I don't know if this is intentional, or just the way you display all bodies. First off, the hands are small, the arms and ankles are too thin, making her look anorexic. The waist follows this trend. I am not one to dislike big chests, but in combination with all her other body parts, it is highly unrealistic. Another problem that shows itself is her hand that is raised above her head. Personally I feel there should be at least a slight sign of a bend being formed.
Style wise I think it is Okay. Except for the line art that is. I find that it is shaky, uneven and colored over. I would recommend using layers and practicing a lot.
Is this pice original? Not very much. But to be honest it is not so much about the character themselves as much as the description and background.
Speaking of, if you choose to have a background that is only color, pick a non contrasting and non vibrant one. This cane truly make or brake a pice.

Not bad tbh, this looks quite good albeit a bit rough around the strokes but you got the anatomy right that's for sure.
I like this form of Pinkie the most because this is the best looking drawing of her that you've made so far.

Well, in the canon of story og genies and djins, they can take every form, female or male, you idea oif drawing her in form human, mouse, serpent or toher animal form have much logical in status as genie, besides, they posses a great force of magic for granted wish.
