So here is my entry for 's contest. Sorry, if the design is too complicated. >^<

Here is little explaining about Arlene's design and about her special abilities:
She has strong and tall figure, and she wears fairly heavy armor. However she does not wear any shoes or gloves. It symbolizes how Arlene doesn't have anything to hide aka her honesty.
The color of her horns and feathers lighten to the tip and arms and feet darken.
As she is a goddess of justice I tried to make her look authoritative so I gave her armor and large horns.
The markings in her eyes and the middle of her pupil always glows a little. When it gets dark her horns and feathers could glow too. This symbolizes hope as one could find light even in the darkness.
As her weapon Arlene uses the sword that has same colored gem like the one in her forehead.
Also I thought that her four longer feathers would have magical abilities, and might make miracles happen (you can never be sure will feather makes miracle occur so one needs to hope). Other special ability of hers would be that no one can lie when close to her, herself included.

I hope you like it. I might make a design for other guardian if I have time.
