No, I just know that between all of the history between the two factions, that they pretty much despise each other. And Jaina is the one character who has had her trust spat upon and ground to dust by the Horde too many times for her to be that cordial with them in your fanfic comment there. Trust must be earned, Honor must be earned, the Horde have clearly accomplished neither.
Saying one thing and doing another is hypocrisy, which is what the Horde has done for so many years now, They say they are about honor and just want a home, well going around starting wars over less than honorable reasons and going around and committing Genocide on entire species is not honorable, if it is then the Legion should be the Heroes.
And saying they want a home, well if they would stop antagonizing and attacking the Alliance then it could work. But they don't, there is always an excuse with the Horde, such as I only followed orders or the Alliance somehow is responsible for the woes of the Horde, Truth is its not, The Horde is responsible for its own grief, and the Alliance is tired of all of the years of abuse and broken promises and worthless treaties which has no value because the Horde never honors it. The time for mercy has long since passed.

Uniting is a farce, an illusion, the Alliance and the Horde HATE each other to their very cores, its only a select few people like Anduin who is an idealist at best who thinks that generations of hate can simply be set aside, if the world ending threats cannot do it, then nothing can, and there have been many of those, and both sides still hate each other. Besides Why fight an enemy with an enemy near you who will simply slide in the knife when you are exhausted and worn out from fighting the big bad? No, The savages cannot be trusted, many times they were given the benefit of the doubt by the Alliance, and look where it got them. cities destroyed, entire populations wiped out, enslaved, or worse, turned undead and made to suffer eternally, Man, Woman, Child, Baby, The Horde did not care, they didn't see people, they saw prey.
Anyway the story quality of Warcraft is terrible regardless, its cringy at times, and quite frankly its moronic and is insulting to my moral compass.

The Alliance is fighting for Justice and to avenge those that the Horde have slaughtered/enslaved/defiled in their bloodlust/cruelty, it is fighting to end the threat of the Horde, one way or another to safeguard its people and to see justice be done upon the Horde, true justice, not a simple slap on the wrist as has been done in the past, but ultimately it was not the Alliance who started the war, It was the Horde, its usually them who starts the conflicts.
Too many times the Alliance has spared the Horde from being either dissolved as a political entity or destroyed outright regardless of the threat they pose by this action, only to bite them in the ass, causing untold suffering to its people. Which is the greater evil? removing a proven threat to your people who has proven to be untrustworthy and unstable by getting one's hands bloody? or sparing said enemy by taking the easy way out of a moral dilemma by not finishing them off, and allowing them to get back on their feet, only for them to turn on you again for your mercy to slaughter your people and ruin your lands.

Blood elves can be negotiated with, and the elves who did join the alliance would not be happy to see their kingdom ruined. Tauren seem peaceful enough given the right leadership. but both factions would need to be watched and confined to their own lands.
