This is great. I have dreams about dragon quest... V was such a great game cuz you could capture monsters... although I don't remember if you could catch the king slimes or not. Plus the story was amazing. I loved the part where the hero is a statue in some person's yard for years and years. Also Pokemon probably wouldn't exist if it weren't for this game.

i remember the first one i fought... scared the crack out of me *first DQ game for me* when the 8 slimes stacked on top of each other and made one. DEFINITELY a good battle.

love fighting Metal Slimes tho. killed one Liquid Metal Slime, got a crack load of exp.

and i really love how you emphasized the sheer size of the King Slime.
