Ah ok cool ^^ Btw, what program do you use? Because ever since my brother showed me this "flipnote studio" app on his DSI that he used to make animations, (it shows the previous slide in the background just fainter so you can see it and color on top of it to make movement and stuff) I started looking for stuff like that online.

I used TVPaint for this, I think you can get a free trial but you can't save work I use flipnote studio too
I don't know of any online programs sorry, but Adobe Flash have a 30 day free trial if you want to give that a go? It has onion skinning too (where you can see the image you drew before)

Love how the fur moves
Btw, I saw you had a preview thing that was slightly different from the image (it had writing on it). How do you do that?

Thanks!
The preview pic is an option when you're submitting your gif, I just saved a single frame of the animation as a jpeg/png etc.... and added in text

Great animation and desing! However, there is a major volume change problem. He looks more like he is shrinking rather than squashing. Other than that the timing is excellent!

Thanks, yes actually now that you've said it I can really see it. Always room for improvement

Gosh, the most smooth run cycle ever! Is it 12 fps or more?

So amazing! This animation is so smooth! Did you use Photoshop to do this?

Do you have any tips for me? LOL

Thank you!!
Its really difficult to animate, I still have trouble with it (this was probably a lucky guess!) Putting in one big shape, then breaking it into strands of hair usually helps me, might be of use?

Very fliud animation, I love it!
You have trouble making up your mind on what to do for the film? Do you have like, a subject or is it a do-what-you-want thing? I know that students from 3rd year in my school get a subject, or should I say, a word, and they have to work with it I think. I remember some, such as "cactus", "hedgehog", "death", "blue"... I'm not sure but the words might have been given to them by the teachers.

Thank you!
It's an idea for my final year film, and (kind of unfortunate in a way) it can be on whatever we want.
We used to get those kind of assignments before too which is super handy, at least then you have a starting point!
I have ideas, I'm just not sure which one to pick - and if it's a good enough story too... D: Oh well, something will come (hopefully O_0 )
(Also, sorry for starting up a convo in a message reply..) How's school going for you?
