tree questions, Β fps?(frames per. second) and how do you upload animations....? can you do it on mobile

OK, well, to upload, you select the file (only GIF allowed), then select a prewiew image (PNG preferably), select category and you're done!
Also, if the file you are submitting is a PNG, it'll probably turn into a GIF. I don't know number of fps, but I'm sure you can upload on mobile.
P.S.: You can also upload Flash animations.

There's many ways to animate things, but I do believe this creature is made by 'redrawing' the creature many times over, but altering the body and mainly limbsΒ to make the creature "move."
