Ok so I got inspired by Russia (the countryhuman)’s design, except, I wanted to create a character like him, yet different. Sooooo this what I came up with. I don’t have a lot of info on her yet... and yes, this is my very first human oc. I hope you like it!

Personality: Natalia is a very fun-loving girl who still needs to learn when too much fun is enough. But when she moves to the states from Russia, she frequently has visits by the government, but that won’t stop her from making friends, and learning English.
