Okay, I gotta ask : is that set in QuΓ©bec? Cause the "arrΓͺt" sign is exactly like the ones we have here. And I've been in France, and though the signs are in french there too, they don't look like that at all.

didnt really set it anywhere in particular, i felt "arrΓͺt" added more to the image, i find english boring!, set in QuΓ©bec? yeah sounds good to me, thanks for the comment

lovely texture to the piece. You mind me asking what your most frequent used brush in painter is?

sweetcorn In reply to Wardyworks [2009-10-29 15:03:06 +0000 UTC]

cheers, i generally use the oils brushes like the round camelhair, a standard airbrush, a chalk brush and the glow brush, i use the paper pallette with the chalk brush to help with textures

Ah nice, never really used the oil brushes, I tend to stick with oil pastels and chalk.. and I kind of abuse the glow brush i think

cheers for info.

thank you, the interface of painter is what i love the most about it, makes photoshop seem really dull to me, but painter does take some getting use too, amazing gallery you have!

I'd love to know how to paint these industrial-type scenes, they seem to be what every game developer and movie maker loks for in someone's skill set cool job!

This is really good.
I love post-apocalyptic stuff, and this is very nice. I love the detail on the trains and stuff, makes it look really real.
Nice job!
