I felt as thought I were a ghost floating through the air.I felt as thought I had no breath to take in the depression I couldn't bare...
Now I sit here...
Bare...
Alone...
& broken...
I gave the man my token...
Gripping my throat, gripping my pain, & taking what life I had left.
& I took his hand & walked silently & still because I felt so Ill...
