Description
Meet Troy. She is a paraplegic Pegasus filly and friend of Thunder Chaser, who acts as a supporting and encouraging brother figure to her.

She use to live with her parents in Cloudsdale. She was already flying as a baby and a promising flier, who could've become a Wonderbolt, like she dreamt of. But after a chariot crash, she became physically disabled and is unable to ever use her back legs again. Due to that, she had to give up on her dreams (becoming a gifted flier and Wonderbolt) and her family had to move to Ponyville for her.

Since then, her parents became overprotective, but remained permissive, wanting their daughter to still have freedom and be self-assured .

Troy always does her best to be optimistic, but sometimes it can be too hard for her. But with friends like Thunder Chaser and Skyline Streak, she has all the help she needs to be able to see her disability in a new light. And that will be her arc; accepting her disability and seeing in a new light, trying to help others do the same, and grow up to be successful even with her condition (Likely become a psychologist, maybe even a disability rights advocate).

Fun facts: I intend for her to have some inspiration from Helen Keller. And I decided to name her Troy after Helen of "Troy", who shares the same first name as Helen Keller. And she has the color scheme of Lorca, the wheelchair bound dragon from "Dragon Tales".
