Hello, it's Swiftstar here. So, I've been on writing block for awhile and SilverHedgie inspired me and got me back on my feet. So here is a quick Sonilver (Sonic and Silver) one-shot. Hope you all enjoy.

Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, Amy, Cream, Cheese,Rouge Silver,Vanilla and Shadow all lived in a lake cottage together know that Eggman was defeated. It was dinner time, Cream and Amy made stuffed peppers. Everybody was talking and laughing.

"Oh dammit!" Knuckled said.

"What?" Silver asked.

"I forgot to get milk." Knuckles huffed.

"Oh my, such a knucklehead." Rouge said.

Everybody burst out laughing.

Silvers hands started to glow turquoise. He opened a cupboard door, got a glass out, closed the door, poured Knuckles some milk, and passed it to him.

"Wow Mr.Silver, that was amazing" Cream said.

"Ha ha, thanks cream, I have been practicing, oh and you can just call me Silver." Silver rubbed the back of his head.

"Your powers are weird sometimes." Knuckles said.

"How rude, don't you know how to say thank you." Rouge said.

"Now listen, I know how to say thank you, and if you don't stop being so batty, I'm going to stomp your head into the ground till your teeth come out your ass!" Knuckles yelled.

"My my." Rouge said sarcastically.

Once again, everyone laughed.

As the night went on, Sonic noticed that Silver was very quiet. Soon everyone was going to bed. Sonic went to his room and put on his plain blue T-shirt to wear to bed. He went into the kitchen for a quick glass of water. On his way back, he heard whimpers from Silvers room. He opened the door to find Silver sitting on his bed crying. Sonic walked in, closed the door and sat next to him.

"Silver, are you okay?" He asked concerned.

Silver looked at him, the fur under his eyes a dark grey.

"Y-y-yeah, I-I'm fine." Silver said while looking down.

"You don't look fine. Tell me what happened, I'm here for you." Sonic said.

Silver looked up and had a light blush on his face.

"Well, Okay. It started when I was in high school. Everyone picked on me, because of how I looked, how I dressed, it didn't matter, they just picked on me. I didn't really care, I knew going into high school there was gonna be people like that. But then I developed my powers. I would put my hand on a water fountain to get a drink and blast it into the wall, or raise my hand to answer or ask a question and my entire desk would lift with it because I had no idea on how to use my powers. People beat me up, made worse remarks..." Silver was shaking now.

Sonic rapped his arms around him.

"Silver...stop, you don't have to go on." Sonic said. But Silver continued.

"They even made fun of my family. To tell the truth, I wouldn't be here if Blaze hadn't been my friend. I almost drowned myself. But she talked me out of it."

Sonic could tell silver was tired now, so he lied down with Silver. Silver snuggled closer to him.

"So you were reminded of this because Knuckles said your powers were weird?" Sonic asked.

"Yeah, but don't be mad at Knuckles, what he said didn't offend me at all."

Silver was now drifting into sleep.

"Okay, well just know that I am always here for you." Sonic said.

"Sonic?" Silver said.

"Yeah?" Sonic answered.

"Don't go." Silver said, cuddling closer.

"Okay I won't." Sonic said. Hr shifted so they were both comfortable.

"Sonic, I-I-I love you." Silver said shyly

Sonic smiled and kissed the top of Silver's forehead and closed his eyes.

"I love you to Silver."
