and myself both share a keen interest in researching and making sprites of obscure, experimental, and unbuilt locomotive classes. After making sprites of these three engines himself, my friend asked that I produce my own take on them in my own style, assembled using components from various sprites by myself, and ΒRelated content

They are Unbuilt locomotive classes
The first one a Proposed Hawksworth 4-6-2 Tank based on the Countys
The second its a Proposed LMS 6F i nickame him the ''Stanier Goods'' as it was like an hybrid of a GWR 2251 Class and a LMS 4F
and the last one its another Stanier design for a 2-6-2 Mixed Traffic engine based on Gresley's V2s but more like a Prairie Duchess Class

They are not freelances
These engines were proposed designs but for one reason or another they were never built
Β First is the Prairie as it was planned to be built around 1941 but wasnt due to the WWII
Β Second is the GWR Hawksworth Pacific Tank which was meant to be for Suburban Traffic these were designed based on Hawksworth's 4-6-0 Express locomotive the County Class but wasnt built due to the End of GWR in 1948 and the BR Western Region didnt had any interest on building them
Β And at last the Proposed LMS Stanier 6F this engine was meant to be used for pulling Goods Trains and for being the replacement for the Old Midland Railway Johnson Classes 1F and 2F and even was tought about for replacing the Midland Railway built 4Fs but due to the time it would take to replace that many engines the project was cancelled, Stanier was inspired by the GWR Collett Goods 2251 Class as he worked a long time in Swindon and was also based on the 4Fs
Its believed that this engine could have been a powerful Incline climber
