Car show (a winter beater cruise-in, LOL!).  That's a flyer for another show.  It has a legit handicap tag hanging from the rearview mirror (though usually they give those because the drivers are handicapped, not the cars...).

Mmm, I see. Seen a 2015 Lincoln MKZ parked diagonally across a handicap space yesterday and some guy in his 50's getting out, in a business suit.
