YES mine hissed too! He'd lunge if he felt really threatened but he couldn't scare me.. I'd just come up from behind so he couldn't throw himself at me lol

with nibbler it's all show.. he hasn't bitten me in the three years he's with me now

SO CUTE! I had a veiled chameleon for yearsss. We called him "Old Man" cause he ALWAYS looked like such a cranky old hermit! haha. Excellent photo.
