Bio: Sunspot was born prematurely, and doctors thought she wouldn't make it both during and after Twi's pregnancy. But she ended up pretty healthy despite everything. However, at her current age, Sunspot has yet to seem to possess any magical or flying abilities. Her parents think this may be due to her premature birth, and they both basically swore their lives to protect their little Sunspot (they swore that with the twins too, but they're in their teens by now so Dazzle and Sunrise don't feel the typical older ignored child syndrome)

Sunspot is a literal ray of sunshine, both in personality and kind of literally? The only magic that Sunset and Twi claim to have seen from their baby is that they swear on Celestia that they feel warmth and a sunlight-like glow from Sunspot's mane sometimes. No one else has ever noticed this, so they all think her mothers are just grasping at straws. But who knows?

Extra floofy and bouncy and just all the happy innocent energy you see in children. She has seemingly boundless energy and Sunset is convinced she's somehow the only pony that doesn't need sleep.

Twi and Sunset fear that as she ages she'll start to realize her disabilities in magic and flying and become insecure or resentful or something of the nature. Twilight and Sunset have asked her Uncle Sunburst (not actually her uncle, just an affectionate name for him) to begin tutoring her in magical theory, hoping maybe if Sunspot has any qualms about her magical abilities, Sunburst may be able to ease her fears by teaching her what he knows. So far, Sunspot has been uninterested. But she loves her Uncle Burst so she pretends to listen to him
