Looks like the engineers and scientists had fun building her. XD
They've even given Pinkie Bot her own unique mode which they call "Pinkie Mode".
Basically, she glows pink and it makes her do completely random things.
Oh, also, she's a companion bot.

Although it looks like others beat me too the melencolly possibility of the opposite of a "pinkie mode"
I don't mind the straight hair at all, that could be a nice mode/ secondary model...
But I seriously don't like psychopaths, or homicidal canibals ...
I don't think real pinkie or her off shoot bot types are like that... But not every form of existence has that blessing....

There's been input that IF pinkie pie was a Pegasus... She'd cause even more damage to things and be all the more Out of control...
Technically, I'm not so sure, however I don't think I would want to risk it... So I was alarmed at the prospect of pinkie plus the life span and prowess of a machine ....
But this little pony bot is just a unique little firend that wants you to smile, genuinely, and just with silly randomness...
She may be a companion bot, but she likely still has quite a utility of devices to look out for her companions and have harmless fun and joy... Like wall plunger devices or smooth acrobatic and joint flexibility for popping up like this
