Hay guys. Welcome to part 3 of What if Cream found Shadow after Sonic Adventure 2? The premise of this What if is simple, after the final battle of SA2. Shadow was found by the kind hearten Cream the Rabbit instead of one of Eggman's robots. Where we last left off in part 2. Sonic had defeated Eggman and rescued Vanilla. And left for his next adventure. And Amy heads home, tired from everything that's happened. And Shadow was having trouble with his arm that had no ring on it. Until Rouge the bat slips it on. And now that that's out of the way. Part 3 can begin.

Shadow thanks the bat girl for the return of his missing inhibitor ring. But winders who she is. "Names Rouge the bat. You may not remember. But we met before." Knuckles then chimes in, curia's as to why and how Rouge knows that Shadow is alive. "Well I got word about Dr Eggman finding something off world. Finding out Shadow was back was a bonus. I also hired you where tricked. Jeez talk about gullible." Knuckles looks away, trying to ignore Rouge's antagonism. "Anyways. What ever Eggman shipped to one of his base's. It's possible it could relate to your past Shadow. You want in?" Shadow looks to the inhibitor ring that Rouge put on his wrist. And looks to his hand. He's thinking about it. Cream and Cheese seam to look pretty sad. They know what this means. And so douse Vanilla. Tails is kinda puzzled and looks to Vanilla. Asking her why Cream and Cheese are sad all of a sudden? And Vanilla explains. "See before these recent events. Cream and Cheese had saw Shadow as a big brother. If he go's to find his past. It'll be like he's leaving Cream behind. She's worried he mite forget about her." Hiring this. Shadow then turns to Cream. In-bracing her in a hug.

"Cream. Don't cry. I promise I'll never forget you." He smiles. Trying to make Cream and Cheese feel better if he douse go with Rouge. With this. Cream wipes her eyes, and smiles too. And with his mind made up. Shadow turns to Rouge and agrees to go with her. Shadow and Rouge then say there good byes to the group. And head off. After a few days have passed. Cream and Cheese had been hanging out with Amy. Telling the pink hedgehog. About her time with Shadow. On top of that. There also looking for Cheese's brother Chocola. And Big's pal froggy. With there only clue being a new paper with Sonic holding them in his hands. And with a boost of motivation from Amy. Team Rose heads out. Meanwhile with Shadow and Rouge. They brake in to Eggman's base. Finding a secret room. Shadow kicks down the door. "I could have cracked the code." "I was saving you the trouble." Shadow and Rouge slowly walk into the room. Not knowing that there being watched. But then they hire meany metal foot steps heading for them from behind, they turn to see a pita-lion of Egg Pawns heading for them. When they hire a voice in the room with them. "Must eradicate all Eggman robots!" Stepping inf-runt of them. Is E 123 Omega. Who opens fire on the robots with his flame throwers. Shadow and Rouge are left stunned by this. Isn't this guy an Eggman robot too? Shadow and Rouge are left stunned by this. Isn't this guy an Eggman robot too? As an Egg Pawn head fly's up and lands behind Omega. The walking red eyed automaton turns. Only to find the head being crushed by Shadow. "Looks like we share a common enemy." After some explanations, Shadow Rouge and Omega form Team Dark. And they head out.

Now at this point the plays out the same. The only different's is when Team Dark encounters Team Sonic. That team battle doesn't happen. Well it almost did do to the entangling of Rouge and Omega. But Shadow just tells them to stay focused on the task at hand. "You are correct. I must have my revenge on Eggman." Hiring this. Sonic is a bit confused. "Huh? Revenge? Isn't that one of Eggman's clunkers with you Shadow?" Shadow reply's. "I'll explain later Sonic. You got a world to save." With that. Shadow Rouge and Omega take there leave. But before Sonic could follow them for an explanation. Tails reminds him that Shadow is right. They needed to stop Eggman. Now when it comes to the final fortress. Things play out the same. All the way up to the appearance of Metal Sonic. This is the first time Cream and Shadow had sean one another in this semi re-told Sonic Heroes story. But they can catch up later. So things play out like in the normal timeline. And after Metal Overlord is defeated and changed back into Metal Sonic. With the sky clear and the day saved by Team Sonic. Omega takes his leave in search of Eggman, and Rouge leaves to go after the Master Emerald. Leaving Shadow all alone. Well, not really. A brown Chao with a blue bow tie fly's over to him. "Hm. And who mite you be?" The chao stares at Shadow as it fly's around the black hedgehog. Getting a better look at him. Shadow then see's a chao that he knows. A blue chao with a red boe tie. It's Cheese. And it looks like his knows the other chao. And Shadow thinks for a bit. If Cheese is hire. Then Cream must be as well. As Shadow looked around. The little rabbit girl hugs him from behind. "Mr Shadow!" Cream is in tears of joy. She's so happy to see her big brother figure again. As someone else approaches them. "Hay. You look like someone I know. But he was blue." "I get that a lot." If you couldn't tell. it's Big the cat. And Big just walks away with Froggy. And Shadow takes Cream and Cheese home. And along the way. Cream intrigues Shadow to Chocola. Explaining that he's been missing sins a day before they met. To witch Shadow reply's. "Looks like the doctor might have behind this."

As the two arrive. Vanilla welcomes the two back and is surprised to see Chocola again. "Chocola?! Is that really you?" Cream tells her mother she found him when she was on an adventure with Amy and Big. And as she could tell, she found Shadow too. With it almost slipping her mind. Cream ask's Shadow if he knows where he comes from. Shadow reply's. "No.. it was a trap set up by Eggman... all me and Rouge found was a robot wanting revenge on the doctor." The robot being Omega. "I see. I'm... sorry you couldn't find what you whore looking for out there Shadow." Shadow tells her it's fine until he falls to his knees in pain. Cream asks what's wrong before Shadow looks like he'd just sean a ghost. Shadow remembers running down a hall way looking down at a planet. He and the blond girl he told Vanilla about beofre, remembering her in a blue dress whore running away from some armed men. The girl is reaching out for something. And one of the armed men takes out a gun. And then he only see's the girl falling, and he hires him self saying a name. Maria. But he has no idea who this Maria is. And why is she human? Cream brakes the silence by saying. "Maybe this Maria person being a human mite be some kind of clue." Shadow takes a moment to think about that. Maybe Cream is right. Maybe his mind is trying to tell him something. And with a good bye hug for Cream and Cheese. And a hand shake and thank you to Vanilla. Shadow sets out. For the human world. Tho he would need to go find Sonic first. Sins Shadow has no idea how to travel between the worlds yet. Little douse Shadow know how ever. Cream and Cheese are secretly following him. They want in on this adventure with Shadow. They mist out on a previas one. There not blowing a second chance like this.

Now I'm sure some of you are wondering. How are Sonic and the others able to go from there world to the human world anyway sins the two worlds are cannon? Well. I think the answer has been under are noses sins Sonic 3 and Knuckles. The warp rings. But not the same warp rings we used to go to the special zones to get the chaos emeralds. But warp rings we see used in the Archie comics and the Sonic movie. Anyways.

Shadow eventually finds Sonic. And tells him he mite have a lead on where he needs to go to find the secrets of his past. "The human world? Makes sens. I mean that is the world where you wore born." Shadow is taken a back by this. This world wasn't the world of his birth? Well it douse make a little sens to the memorie lost hedgehog. But he won't be going along. It turns out, Eggman has left for the human world. So it won't just be Shadow. But also Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy. Along with Rouge and Omega. And he's happy to see them again. But being that they don't always show there friendship. Shadow simply smiles at them with a passing glance. And maybe a short wave. And the two smile back. Tho Omega gives a thumb up sins he can't use facial expressions. Sonic then takes out a small ring and throws it into the air. And the ring glows becoming a protal to the human world. Everyone go's threw. When they arrive. Rouge heads off to the G.U.N base after a call from the commander. And Omega go's to find Eggman. Remember he still want's revenge. As for Sonic and the others. Well they and Shadow are invited over to the white house by the President. Thus explaining that picture of Sonic and Shadow the president has in his office. And after that. Sonic and the others go there sepret ways to find Eggman, but Shadow go's somewhere to be alone. Just by going to the human world gave him a headache. He go's to the top of a hill that over looks a city called Westopolis. And stands there looking at the setting sun. As a new paper telling us that something called the Black Comet is returning to earth, Shadow wonders why his own name honts him. And why wouldn't he? It's the only thing he can remember, and that gruesome image. He wonders who he is. Why he can't remember anything. And who this Maria might be. As Shadow is contemplating on who he is. Red clouds cover the sky. They begin swirling above Westoplis, and black creatures begin to attack the city. One by one they fall. And Shadow thinks that the humans might be afraid of him. These memories of his show humans attacking this Maria girl. And him. As he was about to walk away. He hires a disembodied demonic voice. "Shadow..." Something small then fly's in-fount of him. Sending a message from something resembling the black creatures. Only this one has no legs. And looks like a leader of some sorts.

It's Black Doom. And he tells Shadow that the day of reckoning is soon hire. And he must find the 7 chaos emeralds, do to a promise being made to him years ago. Shadow ask's him sevrel questions, he has no idea what he means. "Who are you? And how do you know my name is Shadow? And what are you talking about?" Without saying a thing. Black Doom leaves like in the original. And Shadow ponders on what he meant. But if what he said is true. Then he has to get the chaos emeralds to uncover the mistory that is his past. And runs off into the burning city. That's right. Strap your self's in. We're jumping into the game Game Shadow the hedgehog. Now I was originally going to put this into the second part. But then I realized it be too short. So let us begin. Shadow scat's threw westopolis as it burns and is recused to ruin and rubble. Along the way. He bumps into Sonic, and Shadow gives him the run down. "Wait. So someone told you to collect the chaos emeralds do to a promis?" Shadow confirms this. "Yes. I need to know if you've sean any." Sonic did in fact see one of the seven emeralds. And Shadow heads down and finds the first one. "One down. Six to go." As Shadow heads his way deeper into the city. He then runs into Doom's 3rd eye. "Shadow. From this point forward. My eye will follow and observe you for me." Dooms eye then notes-es a faint green glow. "I see you have found one of the chaos emeralds." Dooms eye then points. "There is another chaos emerald deep in the city. Go find it." As Shadow scats off into the city center. He then finds the second chaos emerald. To witch Black Doom appires in that intangible form he appires in the opening cut sean and the cut sean of the neutral path. "Exalent work Shadow. Now that we are done hire. I will take you to the next location. Where the 3rd chaos emerald awaits." In a flash of white light. Shadow and Black Doom are gone. And Shadow ends up in Glyphic Canyon. Realizing he's underestimated Black Doom's power. Meanwhile, back in Westopolis. hidden behind a piece of debree. Cream and Cheese saw the hole thing play out.
