I like to imagine the internet as it's own physical world. Websites being tourist attractions, YouTube being its own continent with all kinds of cultures, fandoms and communities spread around it in the form of large towns and cities. Casual viewers and content creators live in said towns within their communities. And while some people never stay in one area, there's still a place for them to go.For a long time i felt like the animation community was where I'd live, and i try my best to contribute to the community by uploading often and talking to people...
But i feel like after some time, ive been slowly cast away... i don't feel like I'm being included in anything anymore. I feel like everyone's forgotten about me, or they're ignoring me... i don't feel like I'm a part of my community anymore... I don't feel like i have anywhere to go... i feel so lonely.

Sometimes, you need to find friends outside where you usually are, I mean, we've all come from somewhere different, and we all have different interests, maybe what you do for the people in this community isn't their style, but that doesn't mean you should now push away what you like here, and finding a new interest doesn't mean you can't like your old one, we don't always be in one place forever. Maybe talk to people with a similar interest outside the community? Just a suggestion to help, I hope you find your way, Scoots. <3

I know I don't comment, but even if you think your not included its ok. Some/ a lot of people still love you and your work, on yourube, here or wherever you might be online. In maybe May of this year, I felt like I should just stop art as an activity all together, because I thought that nobody liked my art, and nobody would care if I left Deviantart.
I felt excluded by everyone, and thought that I wasn't like any of the other artists around me.
I would try to draw, and I would try to animate, but I felt no joy in what I had been doing.
After a while, I somehow learned to cope with those emotions, and then I finally got rid of them. But I don't remember how.
I feel your pain, scoots. I hope things get better for you, like they did for me.

You might feel lonely scoots but trust me your not alone. Right now I’m going to school and I know no one except for one friend I have in my last period, and lunch is the hardest since I see a lot of people but I’m not brave enough to talk to them. But in my last period no matter what I go through or how lonely I feel I always think to myself if I get to see his face at the end of the day then I’ll be fine and it’s worked out so far.
I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t focus on the community focus on your friends and the ones who are there for you cus everything fades over time but if you have at least one true friend it doesn’t matter what fades cus you’ll always have that light to give you color. (And if it’ll help I’d like to be your friend too.)

Look, I'm going to give you some tough love here, I know you might feel excluded because you might not get as much attention anymore, but you also have to understand that it's not because there's something wrong with you, it is simply the lack of content that eventually makes people lose interest, and despite that, you got over 400k, it's an incredible amount compared to people that upload more than one or two animations per year, therefore I think you might actually be lucky
Attention is not served on a silver plate, you will have to do something to earn it, and this is definitely not the way to go about it ...
I would also need to ask you to please avoid putting people's avatars/oc's in your vents, it makes it seem like we are doing something wrong to you, it makes us seem like we're some sort of evil villains, and that's not great ... if you really gotta make these vents, please consider at least making the characters look anonymous because it's never a good thing to put the specific people that have something to do with what makes you feel bad in a vent

Well , i feel the same scoots , all my friends have that one friend/boyfriend/girlfriend out there that they always hang out with , so i'm technically the outcast of the group , but i still feel ignored , so i just sit in the corner while everyone has fun not noticing me , all i really have is my friends over the seas because they're all the same , hell , i'm making friends with people all the way in Asia , and i'm in Australia , and , almost all the time i'm on my tablet animating because i have no where to go , no purpose , no hope , i try to communicate but i turn into the bully target weirdo i was in primary and i make a fool of my self , i don't feel like myself any more , i don't think i who i am anymore , i'm just that bland boring girl like the little girl i was throughout primary , Scootaloo , or whatever your real name is , you have hope , you have a talent , express it , we're all here for you , and there are others like you , you're not alone in this community/world , the internet is no better either , it's all the same , now i'm going to go look up cat memes because that's all i can do through out crying

These comments are so dumb and I swear nobody here has a reading comprehension. This has nothing to do with her wanting more followers or attention, it's about her feeling disconnected with her community and audience. It's kind of gross seeing people come out of the wood work and using this as a chance to jump on her. Don't you guys have anything better to do? Numbers mean nothing, fame meanings nothing.
Anyway I think it might need to take a step back and really think about why you're feeling like this. There was a time when you didn't feel like this surely, like what has happened for your feelings to change (if that makes any sense) Another thing is that maybe things are just getting a bit too repetitive.
You seem to be dedicating a lot of your time to doing one thing and maybe that's getting a bit old for some people? Maybe you should try and branch out, try to do some new things. You focus a lot on making ponytale content but maybe you should try and do something new and different, that could help.
Some people might just be bored with seeing the same content over and over again e.g all the undertale/mlp stuff especially as (too my knowledge) there hasn't been more detail added to it for a long time. It might just be getting stale and some people might be sick of seeing it. It's never good to dedicate yourself to doing one thing, it can lead to burn out. I'm sorry you're feeling this way. You're allowed to feel like this and you're not selfish for doing so.

I'm not calling out everyone has a negative comment what? I'm calling out the people who are clearly just taking advance of the situation and using it to tear her down and call her names. People keep twisting her words and even if she was prying for attention does it honestly matter? Is it honestly that bad of a thing that people need to call her ungrateful or seflish or greedy or an attention whore or generally mock her for it?
