Is it possible that Photoshop Elements doesn't display the file correctly? Because it seems I can't access the Layer Group. :/

umm... I don't know, the file is a standard psd from photoshop (non photoshop elements). I try to install the photoshop elements and I tell you something. What version of ps elements you have?
