The main abstract part was made in Cinema 4D, then I put it on a gradient background, added some diagonal brushes in the back that I made in Illustrator, some spheres from C4D, the line tool for some more of the diagonal lines, a default soft fuzzy brush in bright colours on top set to linear dodge, more default soft brushes in a very small size scattered around in white, some pixel patterns I made in like one minute on 'soft light' and 'screen'.
And that was seriously it.

Now this is VERY beautiful. The hues are perfect and the cross-hair pattern is nicely used. I wish you didn't need that text part though 
What impressed me the most, though, is that you made your own cd4 renders!

Aw thanks so much. Maybe I will make a wallpaper for myself eventually rn I have the worst tackiest grainiest photo of the sky I took on like.. my phone LOOLLL.
I made the render with...... c4d ahahah.
And then I did everything else in Photoshop CS5.
