People can't possibly change in 7 years can they? Poses cannot be copyrighted, that's an extremely common pose, being inspired isn't illegal and doesn't require CREDIT. Stop dredging up old drama.

No it's not, and tbh I don't owe you or your suspiciously empty account an explanation, but since this is a commissioned piece and you're indirectly involving my client who doesn't have an account on this website to defend himself, here you go.
The commissioner asked me to reference three different pieces from his FA gallery to make this character sheet, as he had finally mapped out and was satisfied with the design he created for this character. Since this is a hybrid, he was very specific about what I should feature (both in annotations and pose) and the samples he wanted me to reference in order to draw out exactly what he had in mind.
I was asked to swivel this pose to show the backs of his raptor feet and underside of his claws, as well as his wolf tail and how it was different from his scaly belly. I was also asked to refine both this piece and this piece to create design a second, front-facing pose. When a commissioner gives me that specific of instruction, you bet your ass I comply. He paid me, after all.
I have documented proof of this transaction, but tbh I don't feel like airing my client's private notes to the public just bc some cowardly cuckball like yourself couldn't come to me personally and ask this on your main before trying to start a flame war in the comments of someone else's art.

If I were in the business of lifting poses, why would I have only "traced" just one? Why would I have stopped there? And why would I have picked a feline character to "copy" off of when I was drawing a reptile-wolf hybrid? Your bullshit accusation doesn't even make sense.
