Edit 2017: If someone sees this and before I get to update this sheet, I have changed a couple of things in its design , namely got rid of butt feathers and gave it new haircut, I'd prefer newest design but I won't complain if this note goes past eyes because that may happen.-------
I needed one because there are some clear changes to this alter ego critter since last times. Oh well, it is soon 13 years old and has changed a bit since its creation. Enjoy the overload of cynical faces. B<
Wings? Oh yea, if you like to draw wings, go ahead and use them, ref is here, mostly stolen from old ref.
Also note English or some other more polite language speakers: I speak Finnish, I'm a Finn. We're infamous of having a culture where people most commonly use "it" about a person while talking about them. "It" is not just an object. So thus, "it" is a valid pronoun.

Out of curiosity, which real-world animal would you say MoA's facial structure is to closest to?
That 176 height is from fingertip/pawtip to the head-feathers or to the shoulder?

Slap together red kangaroo and your-general-wolf and you get pretty close.

The new ref is here, the new ref is here!! What an unexpected treat! As others have already said, there is so much personality here: the grumpy stares, the I don't want to be here" snarl, the witty smiles say so much about MoA-- and you as a person. It's cool indifference yet no lack of warmth, if that makes any sense!
Back to the ref, the stony textures fit MoA's design and the bubbles are well-organized without being restrictive. Overall it's attractive, and a huge improvement over the old one. I have no critique this time. Good work! 
Also that wing and crown change? Much-approved, and a great show of your personal growth! This will also make her much more fun to draw, hohoho.

By the way, I think that you forgot one very, very, very important fact: "would probably wear black leather". 8D

MoA's expressions here are just that type what is my own default expression. It is like...save expressive gestures to moments when you need those. xp

Aye I can confirm it: your expression is indeed very "What do you want? |C"-- but not in an unfriendly way, so that's good! I think the English word for this is dry, as in witty and blunt at the same time. I LIKE IT, it fits just like the fancy new wings and the black leather.
Thank goodness MoA's wings aren't always like this...

I wasn't even sure why it was blue at all, except a leftover from a colour fail. It didn't seem to fit anymore so....going with the oldest version: black. (Besides it fits with current username.)

In all the years I have been following you each time I see this character sheet get updated MoA gets blacker and blacker, is she soon going to be so black that she'll make the color black jealous for not being black enough
Disclaimer: The word black is strictly used in reference to the color black. MoA's alter ego was a Dark Navy blue color when I started following MoA.

Also, a thing: MoA is never been blue to me, but at some point I just couldn't draw black correctly, I mean I tried to keep details visible and I didn't even realized that it was not even black anymore. B| Derp. The short life of navy blue MoA became to end when people started to draw that navy version instead of black, then I realized that oops true not black really anymore LET'S FIX THIS SHEET.

I like many kind of metal, from melodic to that type where you wonder what language it is because singing voice is literally just growling. So if you have some preference about what and in which language (English, German, Finnish) I can try throw something.
