Very nice! Watercolor, I assume? I've found it to be quite a challenge to use watercolors effectively, but this looks great.

Yeah, I used watercolors. Working with watercolors is really a challenge (by the way all types of painting are challenge for me) and although I'm working with it in last six years I'm not happy with my skills. I need more practise.

Actually their skeletons are very different. Also an adult Compsognathus is twice the size of Archaeopteryx.

I love the posture of the Archie on the right!It doesnt look too birdie as we are use too see! more dromaeosaurid may I say? (yeah, it sounds stupid!)

Well, after all Archaeopteryx is related to the dromaeosaurids so I thought it would be interesting to give it a posture typical for them. I'm glad you like it.
