I thoroughly love the tranquility portrayed in this photograph, the mood is very warming and inviting, and the concept is timeless and perfect. I can easily see the effect you were looking to attain, the shallow depth of field makes this obvious as well as the specific tulip which you chose to focus on. Personal preference would be to focus on the foremost flower in the shot, however your choice to leave that one out of focus and concentrate on the second flower back as the primary viewing object of the frame is an intriguing one. Words of advice, shoot at a lower ISO, that will help avoid the grainy texture of the photo (unless you were going for that specifically). Also the placement of your signature seems off, maybe move it further down and to the right? Overall fantastic photo and wonderful technique.

thank you very much for this critique
I'm going to try to work on the ISO more from now on. Thank you for pointing this out.
I'm gonna try to work on it again (which is in my to-do list already) and change the place of the siganture and see if I can do something about the grain.
Thank you again, it really means a lot to me to get constructive critiscm and I'm very glad you like it.
