Alright reopening this. I hope it won't flop like the other one. some examples above. Note that top left is an animated icon (I'll upload it once I'm done here). Prices:

Headshot- 75
Bust- 100
Full body (dragon/canine)- 150
(human)- 200
-I can do cell shading for an extra 50; highlights for an extra 25
-BGs are 50-100 depending how detailed
-one character; if you want two it will be an extra half of the price; full body is just double the price

Animated headshot/bust- 500 for basic loop (about 5-10 frames); bargain price for anything more difficult than a simple loop (probably 500-1000)
-shading is extra 50 for each frame; highlights for extra 50; simple gradient is 50 for ALL frames
-still BG is 50; can't do moving BGs

Comic 1-5 panels- 200
6-10 panels- 450 (fyi probably no more than 7-9 panels per page)
-I can do full page drawings too but they'll be 200
-shading costs 25 per panel; highlights 10 per panel
