her character Rupert! he is sooo cute!!

i hate backgroundsssss~~!!! bllarrrgggggg! sparkles!!

Chibis are sooo hard to draw when you have to actually think of anatomy O>o liek hands and body stuff and blarrrgs

(i started off with him all animey-ish, then gave up and went all chibi thingy on him)

and i am really hating sai just because it keeps crashing >:I

I couldn't think of a expression for Rupert so he got <:I
Also he is floating in some water so his hands kinda go up ( have you ever sat at the bottom of a lake or a pool and you hands start floating?) I was really tempted to give him a shirt but i was liek 'eh he is a merman he needs no shirt!' then i couldn't decide if i wanted him to be very lean, have abs or be really skinny. so i went with skinny-fat pudgy xD liike when you're normally skinny but you ate to much for halloween and thanksgiving pudgy lol

OMG its almost 80% uploaded now!!! :I sooo slow today...
