Wooooooo another chibiTempest is my Gorebyss who was given to me by someone from MO.. I wanna say green bulba but idr atm. Ankur..? Anyway yeah. Pearl Version.
I really loved doing her hair = q = //// but i actually drew it wrong LOL
this is what happens when you make character designs when you're in 9-10th grade and don't draw said characters for 2-3 years LOL weep

Tempest's original name was Salacia but everyone seemed to like Tempest more so yeah lol.

I think Salacia is a cool name, less used than Tempest, besides tempest makes me think of wind and I like to be different. She's really cute though!
