Description
Ginkaze and my own character for the September leaf of the SWG calendar. ... done rather quickly because the deadline was the next morning.If you squint a bit and try to think of it as a really weird perspective even Gin's messed-up proportions make sense... well, almost.
Also, please don't mention the filtered leaves, I know they look crude. I haven't been doing any serious CGing for too long...

I love this piece, my only problem with it is that the leopard (Sorry if it isn't one) is sitting on top of the grass, not in it.
But other then that I love it!

I like the way your bg looks in this drawing. The tree's and hill look blurred, but that brings the focus of the drawing to your character's. Fantastic job!
And I know this is an old pic, but I must fav and comment cause I like it a lot.

I love the pale morning light, it's so soft. A blue-eyed arcanine!! How pretty!! I personally like how the tree leaves look like dots. I think it makes the picture resemble a photo. Naturally, things in the distance would look blurry.

I think you should study a way to make the sketch lines disappear. In that way, your CG's would be nearly perfect :3

*digs the .psd out of the recycle bin and deletes the outlines* Mh. Would need some refining in some places but... mh. No bad suggestion but I'm so darn lazy. *g* It's what *oliverfox did to his style and now I'm envious - when all I'd have to do is overcome my lazyness.
