Ahhh, TLG and its weird rules. Simba's really oddly specific about which carnivores he allows and which not.
(also if you never watched the series: the last one is their gimmick. Yeah no wonder that doesn't jive with the king.)

I heard the story went they let a focus group of children choose from a variety of designs for Fuli, and this is what they picked XD A king-cheetah-but-not-really without the tear marks.
