Okay, so this might... MIGHT be cheating? Cause none of these guys are Simba and Nala's kids afdkjsffhkds

They are instead the Nieces and Nephews of Simba and Nala, except for Timira, she's their daughter-in-law through Kopa.
All of em (except Timira) are the kids of Mwitu, his husband and their surrogate (a rare five-litter set, poor gal). Which one is biologically Mwitu, and which ones aren't? I don't know.

Also all of em, except Chaka and Naba are inspired/taken from concept art, errors, or video game. I did change Naba a little bit, the eyes, but that's it.

Also I'm still having fun with the ripper pen sldhfsdjkfs also black outline, a bit too lazy gang.

Tanabi

First born son of Mwitu, he's... very pompous, y'know being the cousin of the future Queen, is something. He's very certain he's going to be on the Lion Guard with his cousin, Kiongozi, but unfortunately for him, it doesn't work out. This would've been fine, but Kion decided to pick other animals entirely, not a single lion, and this... bothered Tanabi a LOT. He worked with another younger lion in the Kingdom to make a 'true' Lion Guard, and it was... allowed somewhat. They were unofficial, not seen as a 'true' Lion Guard, but it was still something, and Simba even trained them sometimes. This all sort of went away when he got older though, still bitter at Kion somewhat, and then eventually Simba and Vitani.

He was certain once Kion left, it would be him, but no instead it was the sister to Kovu. Just... a bitter young lad who feels as though he's been cheated out of what was rightfully his. Not much else on him (I actually wasn't going to ever have a Tanabi, but I saw that cub in that video game sitting by Simba and Nala, and since Kiara mentioned a cousin, I went, hey why not). Something eventually happens, and he leaves the lands along with his brother Naba... His current location is unknown.

Shani

Daughter to Mwitu, and a handful. Like her name suggests, she is a very curious girl, getting into everything and everywhere. A little rebel in a way, disobeying her fathers, aunts and uncles whenever she could. Sometimes just to cause a little bit of fun, sometimes to see what they were trying to keep her from. She's closest with her brother, Chaka, who is laid back, and is the easiest to convince to follow her around. When she got older, nothing really changed... except that she found someone to keep her company much to the concern of her siblings. Bahati, a melanistic leopard. They kept things safe, or tried to at least, they didn't want any accidents, after all, they wanted to travel the world together.

They ended up... with a small accident, and Shani felt her world fall apart at once, this wasn't supposed to happen. She saw fit the... issue was dealt with, and left the Kingdom with Bahati shortly afterwards, ashamed of what they brought into the world, and convinced to never let it happen again.

Aisha

The... something daughter of Mwitu (honestly there's five of them, hard to keep track of whose after Tanabi), she unlike her sister is relatively calm and obedient. She listens to her parents, follows the rules, avid listener. Though this may make her naive to things, believing anything at first glance. A sheltered princess of sort, not that many made fun of her for that (except Shani). She's the only one of the litter to stay in the Ndona Kingdom, and is relatively close to her cousin, Kiara. She does miss her siblings, wishes they would just come home, and maybe sends out a couple birds to try and get a message to them.

They either want nothing to do with her, or those birds can't find them, and both thoughts hurt Aisha.

She along with Baliyo are Intersex.

Chaka

The easy going son of Mwitu, he was on that Guard of his brother, though unlike Tanabi and Naba, Chaka wasn't really into it. It was stupid, the Lion Guard was stupid in general. Why would he want to do anything, when he could just sleep. Ironic that his name was Chaka, ugh. He would rather listen to the gossip, or play. That he did, listen to his brother Tanabi gripe, listen to Aisha tell her silly stories, get into small mischeifs with Shani, and just hang out with Naba. It was the life. He did feel bad that they didn't get there in time for that Battle between Ndona and Mbala, but really, he didn't want to participate, or hurt anyone (unlike his brother).

He ends up leaving, chasing after Shani, try to convince her to stay in Ndona, no one blamed her, and honestly, she could stay with the leopard just... don't go. If he was there when Tanabi and Naba left, he would've gone after them too.

Naba

The semi-mute son of Mwitu, and the runt. He was a lot smaller then all his siblings, and weaker too, so weak that his fathers and surrogate was concerned he might not make it. Fortunately he did, and while he didn't speak much, he sure did have spirit in him. Being the fiestiest of his siblings, charging head first into danger in an attempt to 'protect' his brothers and sisters from it. The only one that took his seriously was Tanabi, thus Naba really stuck to him. Became his shadow practically. He unlike Chaka took the Guard very seriously, cause his older brother Tanabi did. Up until they left the Kingdom. They stuck together... they did... but suddenly, Tanabi was gone, and Naba was all alone. He'd never been truly alone before, and that terrified him.

He does eventually find a Pride, and settles down there. Tanabi is unknown, Shani and Chaka are traveling rogues (Chaka is following Shani, once he convinces her to go home, or realizes she isn't going home, he's returning to Ndona). He... does receive those birds of Aisha, but Tanabi was upset with Ndona, including her. Out of respect of Tanabi, he refuses to contact his sister, or any of Ndona. Though he truly wants nothing more then to run back home to his family, he won't.

Timira

The first born daughter to Queen Malka, and future Queen, Timira is betrothed to Kopa. She's... a looker that's for sure. Dark colored paws, Askari colored schlera, blind blue eyes, when her and Kopa first met, he was terrified of her. Then once he realized she was blind, tried to boss her around. She swiftly put him in his place, nearly knocking his teeth out, and after that, the two got along fine. As they get older, they do find themselves...falling in love? They at least respect one another more then they did before. Betrothals are sticky. They can be friends for sure, but beyond that there isn't much they can do.

Honestly, like Tanabi, there isn't much on her! I imagine she's a long lasting Queen in her Kingdom, a force to be reckoned with, and eventually the sole ruler, cause Kopa got the "I want to explore the world," gene Nala's relative have (almost all her relatives in my AU just up and wonder off, which begins with her father), and Afua followed him to explore the world. They do eventually return, and Timira welcomes them home, but they're very much not one of the higher ups anymore. No that would be Timira and anyone who stuck with the Kingdom, not two idiots exploring the world.

The three (Timira-Kopa-Afua) got a Leia-Solo-Luke dynamic sort of? Idk, minus the sibling smooching.

So these guys... aren't the kids of Simba and Nala, but they technically exist in my AU, but kids of Mwitu instead, and the daughter-in-law to the King and Queen. Honestly, just change one thing with Shani (her eye-rims) and they all could be the kids of Simba and Nala in my AU. Chaka and Naba's face structure is up to change, but I wanted to get this done. I may do the other one later, but I really wanted to do this one, draw out the Shani and Aisha, since I've drawn the other three.

Here's where the designs are from; Tanabi is from the TLK II Game, Shani is from Kiara(and one Vitani) errors (there's some where she's got dark eye rims, and a pointed nose, I added the scruffy chin cause she's the niece of Nala), Aisha is from concept art, Timira is from that first Can't Wait to be Queen book cover.
