Description For some reason, I don't even remember taking this picture, with this flower just staring at me! I was looking through pictures, and was surprised to see this one.

Another case of a cherry flower looking directly at me, forming that perfect, stereotypical flower.

From a Cane Cherry Tree in our yard, that had just bloomed out, and after a light rain in the afternoon, leaving droplets of water on the flowers.

I like this a lot, because when all of the other flowers droop in the rain you get that one that's not sagging. Rather metaphorical.

And a beautiful lucky shot! ^^

The depth of field makes this shot, perfect choice of focal point and aperture. The three flowers hanging down to the right add a great balance to the photo, especially in the way they fade back. The only thing I think would have made it cooler would have been slightly more angle, so the water drops stood out more. That's a personal call though. Lovely photography!

I know! I was in shock that the flower came out perfectly! Thank you very much

I'm considering entering this and one or two other into our state fair for photography...

you're quite welcome! with photography, it's the accidents/unkowns that seem to turn out best.

you totally should! what could it hurt, after all?

Wow, damn. It's almost surreal. This one's totally submittable as well.
