What tool did you use to do all of that? And more precisely, what tool did you use to change the dockbar look and the bottom of the icons showing the running programs?

On va se simplifier les choses en parlant en français.
Sur ce bureau il y a finalement peut d'application servant Γ "customiser". Pour changer tes icΓ΄nes ainsi que l'apparence du dock il te faut CandyBar [link] C'est payant d'autant plus qu'il n'existe pas d'alternative gratuite.
Mais jete un oeil Γ mes autres desk ou bien mes favoris il y a des liens vers des programes Mac de customisation.
Sinon tu peux passer sur ce forum où nous tacherons de t'aider si tu as des questions plus concrètes [link]

thanks for your comment. About your question i don't use any app. it is the default config for Mac. If you have one look at Systen settings to activate it
