Pinkie:"You knew Spike's egg parents but never told him or Twilight about them?"

Celestia:"I always thought it would be best to tell Twilight first and let her tell Spike. And never like talking about them out of an old fear they would come back one day and take Spike away."

2 days later and no sign of Spike
Rainbow sits quietly outside to the door of Smolders and Ocellus dorm room with coffee in hoof.
Rainbow eye twitching: "2 days...They have been wet hugging for two DAYS STRAIGHT!!"
Pinkie comes bouncing in the hallway.
Pinkie: "Hey Dashie! Got Spike to vouch for you yet?"

Rainbow:"I don't think they have come out of the room yet!"
Pinkie:"Wow, so that what draconic loving means."
Rainbow:"So has Twilight got it together yet?!"
Pinkie:"Yep, and she isn't happy but isn't trying to kill you now."

Pinkie: "Yeah, she been managing the paperwork in there for a while. I hope those three get out soon. Classes start tomorrow and missing class is one thing, but if Twilight doesn't see Spike soon she is going to break out his baby book and sink into his old basket."
Rainbow: "It's that bad? Gezz, didn't think she'll get this worked up."
Pinkie: "I expected a lot more denial, but she was done with that a few hours after she found out."

Silverstream: "Hey, I got you guys some lunch." She calls out as she enters the treehouse.

Silverstream: "How long are you three going to hide here? Twilight is probably worried sick more than angry."
Spike: "I...I know. But since I heard that Twilight already knew we kinda panicked."

Rainbow:"Spike! I'm so glad I found you!"
Spike:"Oh hi Rainbow. Did Twilight send you?"
Rainbow:"Spike she been near a panic attack sense Luna told her what you were doing. And she kind of blames this on me a bit, so no."
Spike:"Luna told her? How did she know?"
Rainbow:"Found out by magic, now we got to get you to talk to Twilight before she breaks down, or kills me. Maybe both."

Rainbow: "And might kill me. On the worrying part, she has been in your room waiting for you to come back. Everyone is getting a bit on edge since she hasn't come out at all."

Spike blicks thinking for a moment then runs out the door to Twilight.
Smolder: "Is everything going to okay?"
Ocellus: "We didn't mean to cause this much of an issue."
Rainbow: "I not sure, but now that she could see his face maybe it can boil down."
Ocellus: "We should...talk with them once they have settled down."
Smolder: "As scared as I am to do that. It's probably best to do so."
Rainbow: "Right...sooooooo" the Cyan mare coughs. "How did it go?"

Rainbow: "Just asking...well if...did you use protection?"

Spike:"TWILIGHT! Don't have a break down! I'm right here and I'm fine!"
He says as he runs into his room
Twilight:"It is okay Spike, after talking to Celestia and Luna I am okay now."
Spike:"Really?"
Twilight:"Well as okay as I can be....Look Spike I can't say I'm happy about this or that I took the news well but that is only because part of me will always see you as that hatchling I had to take care of. But you aren't a hatchling anymore, and I can't act like you are. So I just what to make sure are ready for things like this and knows you can always come to me if you need to ask anything."

Spike sits next to her: "So...are you going to do anything to Smolder andΒ Ocellus?"
Twilight breaths: "Well, not sure what to do about that. Do you consider them yours?"

Spike:"Turns out changelings courtship is use to moving fast in other for Chrysalis not to find out. She didn't like changelings dating and under her rule everyone was just assisted spouses so they aren't use to taking things slow."
Twilight:"I guess that make sense but I still want to talk to them."

Granted he did surprise me wh he told me Smolder offered and I joked, underline joked thatΒ Ocellus might join them.Β Point is...he looked like beating himself up before he even got there. I saw him as he was walking away from the door of their dorm room and I was worried that...I don't know. I didn't like that face he made in the lunchroom and didn't want to see that progress to anything that my scar him later."
