I used regular round brush with 50% flow and 20% spacing then I just brush lightly following how real fur flows
as for the human, I first started drawing hoomans before tokos (8 years now xD ) so it's mostly keep drawing human anatomy and study it and you'll see improvement after days/weeks/months depending on how much drive you have in improving
