Expressions of dead old captain jack sparrow.i just posted this up because euhh .. i was feeling for it lol.
i'm quite fond on some of them on other i'm doubtfull or the expression isn't like I wanted or it doesn't look much like jack
the one i like the most is one of the middle, where he puts his finger on his chin thinking about wich ship is faster then the interceptor, most of the expressions are from PotC 1.
soon i'll make a draiwng of jack to color in the computer, this looks a bit boring.

the moment where he touches his chin is taken from the moment on the pier with the 2 funny guards guarding the dauntless "the fastest ship in the whole caribbean" and jack is pretending he's thinking to name the black pearl, was funny part XD
haha only very few people who don't love jack/johnny

Bangelijk. Het zalige aan Jack Sparrow zijn zijn ogen, hij speelt daar echt mee. Ge zou alleen naar zijn ogen kunnen kijken, en de rest van zijn gezicht bedekken, en ge weet nog welk gevoel hij wilt tonen. Johny Depp doet da echt voortreffelijk: het maakt het komisch, gemakkelijk en intrigerend. En ik vind da ge da goe hebt overgebracht in uw werk! Chapeau!

haha dank je. well jah heb zo zelf eens onderzoek gedaan naar uitdrukkingen door een spiegeltje te kopen en dan van neutraal naar een emotie te gaan en wat opvalt is dat de ogen, wenkbrauwen (en de mondhoeken) daarbij een heel grote rol spelen, dus vooral het gebied rond de ogen, echt wel cool. en tjah vanaf dan hebde een beetje de truc door.
en jah johnny depp speelt daa heel duidelijk mee, hij vaak hij zijn ogen openspert, samenperst enzo hilarisch maar zo goed he !

Gotta give it to you, I like these kinda sketches and I like this one, instantly recognisable, both the characterand the expressions! But, still pra\ctice makes perfect

yupz i know, i worked on expressions for long time. here and there a line wrong and it's a bit less rconiseable as Jack.

Pencils, my gosh, that's incredible. I could never put together something so clean like that. Smudges are ALL over the place once I'm done with sabotaging my way through the paper to finish.

haha it's quite easy. with this one i didn't, but on some draiwng i use a color to sketch, the most used colors are light blue and red.
you should try once if you like, just very basic sketching in color. ^^
