Ember seen in various stages of his life: smeet (toddler-aged); jr. science drone (smaller); sr. science drone (taller); Tallest.

As a smeet, he’s very close to Purple, so he wears Pur’s colours despite having Red’s eye colour.

The labcoat for his smaller form was designed after concept art for ‘The Trial’.

His sr. outfit is when he’s allowed the privelage of making some changes to his labcoat.

As a taller, that was a sudden, unexpected growth spurt that just never quit.

When he became Tallest, he designed his Tallest armor specifically to reflect his beloved Vortian labcoat - so I added the V to it as well; and made a few other changes/deciding on things I’d been back and forth about before. For one, I realised that he’d actually probably want to be able to use his thumbs after his parents, Red and Purple changed that (as per Florpus). Otherwise, when he’s only seen with two fingers in other pics I’ve drawn, he’s hiding his thumbs. As a scientist at heart who really hopes someone else will outgrow him, he would have hidden his thumbs as his parents had instead of having them chopped off as other tallests have.

Anyway, this will eventually be made into a reference sheet, but for now here’s the image without text/info/swatches/whatever else I decide to add. (I’ll upload the ref version seperately.)
