This is one of my favorite recipes
I have to make it often because my boyfriend keeps asking for it! I couldn't make an spell check for some odd reason, so if you see any mistakes please let me know! Useless fact: I had to make it four times to get photos I liked or could use. The first time my boyfriend took the photos but he only took photos of me, not the preparation! Oh my dear Oka

I keep meaning to try this. It seems so impressive to tell people 'Yes, I made creme brulee for dessert'.
My ex-boss used to do the brulee-ing part at work during lunch time. Only thing was, he didn't use the little kitchen torch, he pulled out the full sized, hardware store blow torch!

It does impress people when I serve them some creme brulee. And I'm jealous, I want a blow torch! But my boyfriend is too scared of things that could potentially hurt me

It was so funny to see my boss sitting there with the creme brulee rammiken and this full on Home Depot blow torch like what they use in construction sites.

Sadly, he's not my boss any more, so no more pyrotechnics in the office, but I guess it's good for my waist line as he was always bringing in snacks and talking about food and stuff!

Yeah, there were little things that he would do that bothered me and there were bigger things that I knew wouldn't work out for a long term thing and so I was always in this dilema about how I had this crush. So, I do think it's for the better. Time to move on!

Thank you! I just had too many friends who would give up who they were or ignore things that they swore were important to them in a relationship all so they wouldn't be lonely. I just lost respect for them when they would do that and I told myself I can't do the same and live with myself.

*sigh* I saw too much of that back in high school. I wish I knew how to advice my friends better back then, I practically saw a friend ruining her whole life because of her boyfriend, and in the end he left her with a child. If you have to change, it will never end well.

This looks so yummy! Never tried a crème brûlée, but now I must give it a try, since I have a tutorial. No longer do I have a good reason not to, lol.
Love your tutorials, they are always so well made...and they make me want to eat and that, in itself, means a lot (because I`m not one to particularly like eating, lol).

Well, I'm not waiting as long that until I eat. I don't eat much but I try to have caloric food so I don't go under a certain level of calories, so I don't because sick because of that, know what I mean?
I'm a good baker (I think), at home I mean. /But it doesn't make me want to eat more sweets.
