Description
Created in Apophysis 7x.Test of a new script I have been developing to see the impact of moving the transforms by a set amount on the original fractal.
Assembled using my own script, Apophymator and Gimp.
Original flame parameters as follows:

That's a good one. I really do like it a lot.
However, it looks like you chose resolution over framerate. In my experience, it's better to have a lower-res image with more rendered frames. It may take longer, but it's usually worth it.
I'd be interested to see what transforms you used for this.

Thankyou for the c.c.
This was really just a demo test of a new script I've been working on so didn't really spend too much time refining the quality etc.
The original flame was straight out of the 'New flame' option, I have added the parameters to the description above.
The script itself is nothing major, it just does a Translate(x,y) on whichever transform you choose (in this case transform 1) and basically coded to do a ping-pong effect. I wrote it to stop having to go into the editor to move the transforms manually and I am looking to add further movements eg saw-tooth, spiral etc once I find the time to code it.....

Try modeling a rhodonea curve; those usually turn out pretty well.

Need to tidy the script up and run a few more tests, then I will see about uploading it for those that are interested.
