Personality: people who've been to missions with Mite would say that she's confident, overbearing and a bit self entitled. And yes, she's good at telling people what to do, she spent enormous time improving strategy skills so now she can "see" more than most of the people, and it's the only thing she's absolutely confident in.
Along with this she faces difficulties in personal communications. It's a real challenge for her to stay alone with someone who isn't her close friend, and if she knows it's gonna happen she tries to bring someone so she could stay away while they entertain each other. If it's not possible she plans themes for conversion and even rehearsing monologs.
She's not really a loner though, but staying behind the scenes is obviously much more comfortable for her.
