WHOOOOOOOO I GOT PHOTOSHOP BACK FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333So I drew this as a little gift for you guys since im going away for 2 week tonight <3 so I hope you like it, I know its not my best, but we have alot to do, getting ready to go

yeah sure
First Select you lineart with the magic wand tool, around the outside then inverse it. Then choose a dark colour which goes with the colour of which you are shading. For example for fireheart I chose dark red. Then draw in where you think the shadows would be on the object. Then when you're happy you use Guassion blur, (a blur effect) see how much you want it blured then click ok. Do this with the light shading as well, but with a lighter colour than the object.

I think it's blured shading, it's one of the simplest methods (if u have Photoshop I don't know how it works in the other programs) i can help u if u want

alright! i do have photoshop but i have difficulty shading because all the other methods i've looked up are so complicated i get lazy. (well, not really but i forget them easily XD)

well, after you colored your picture (with the base colors) go to create a new layer. Click this layer and go to brush tool. You'll find some brushes, and the first one is the the "blured" one (is soft and it looks like airbrush, you should find it).Then choose a darker color than the base color (if the base color of your dog is red choose a reddish-brown). You can also change the opacity or the flow. Then just put the color where the shade should be and... voila!
Just... choose the first brush( the sof, airbrush-like one)from the brush tool, choose a darker color and then shade/color!
