Water manipulation - She can manipulate any kind of water or liquid near her. It doesn't matter if it's ice, liquid, gel or steam
Metamorphosis - Since her body is mostly water she can take any form and appearance but she normally takes the look of a young girl.
Important Notes
Her hair reacts to her emotions. If she's angry or if she blushes, her hair boils more or less intense. If she's hurt or feels betrayed her hair freezes together or become short and hard as ice. When she feels sad or down it can be raining from her hair or little vaporous clouds will circle around and over her head. She also changes her hairstyle a lot since it's so versatile, but she will always have some braids or ponytails in her hair~ She rarely wears it open. She also has powers related to water-manipulation in all form and shapes: from vapor to ice and even gelatinous state. She even has some power over any kind of liquid that has a bit of water in it, even if it's not as perfect as her control over pure water. Another ability of hers, that she doesn't use often because she likes her first appearance, is that she can take any shape and form, adapting whatever appearance on will. This is possible because she's mostly made of water. Obviously she can also breathe underwater.
About Ushtey
She comes alive thanks to a magical outburst from Tasukra after she finally was reunited with Leonardo and they kissed for the first time. This happened in a lake, and that outburst of energy made the lake itself become alive and Ushtey was born because of the love in the magic of her "mother". She comes out with a juvenile appearance she tried to simulate by those she saw first and recognized Tasukra and Leonardo as her parents. She has a very singular personality because there are two ages mixed up in her mind. On one side she has the innocence, ignorance, and purity of a child and on another hand, she has the wisdom and knowledge of an ancient lake whose waters have been around since Millennials and have traveled all around Nightale.

Ushtey is so darn cute in these pictures!! I love the way she smiles and pouts and playfully makes faces. The color of her hair is my absolute favorite color of blue! When I see that color it fills me with happiness because it's so bright and positive. It's the perfect color for someone as sweet and charming as Ushtey.
